How do I put those little square icons on my Myspace page? I would like the icons to be all right next to each other, one after another. When I do it, each one come out below each other, and takes up too much space on my page and doesn't look very good. Please help!

I need help lining up square icons on my MySpace page? I need a code that allows me to line up the small square icons with little pictures in them horizontally, rather than vertically. Can anyone tell me the meaning of the little square icon with red square and blue triangle? In English? All of the screens I usually use (the hunger site, Boston Public Library, yahoo mail, etc) are now using little square icons containing a red square, green triangle, and circle (I think). Can anyone explain to me in English what they are, and what I'm supposed to do? I don't see any explanation on any of the sites.

How do you make those little square images...icons/avatars is what they are sometimes called.? Some are animated, and some are just little pictures with tiny writing on them. Do you have to have photoshop or a special editor? how do you make them? sometimes people put them for decoration on their myspace pages, just to clear up some confusion about what they are.

Alebrije replied: "Hi, If you talk about a Windows icon, yes, you need an image editor. Icons are computer graphics after all. This is no space to make "tv adds", but you can find one really good, shareware known as microangelo. The avatars you see on yahoo or msn, are made with their own making tool, just look for a link within the website. Hope this works for you ;-)"

How do I get rid of the square of colour backing the de ions of icons on my desktop please? I've tried 'display' and can't seem to work out where to 'turn it off'

Nishant K replied: "right click my computer go to properties. in the advanced go to the performance setting a new window will open. untick show translucent selection rectangle so you would not get the square mark on the desktop icon"

my icons have a little square with arrows pointing right in? it happens when i go into my workgroup of network places. probably something very easy to change but its really irritating this is what it looks like how do you stop it doing it?

Extra T replied: "Change the size of the icon from 32 to 30. Or do you have Tweak UI? you can unclick the arrows from there."

Blue Square in Icons? Hi all... All of a sudden I'm getting a little blue square in the bottom left of my desktop and other icons. The blue square has 2 >> marks as well, it reminds me of a "play" icon. The files (jpg and mp3) still open with the correct program, it's just having this blue square is annoying. Any idea where they could have come from and how to get rid of them?

MadTurki replied: "It was probably enable by a recently installed program. Think of what you installed lately and either delete it or check the settings. I would also run a spyware scan (Microsoft Antyspyware or Lavasoft AdAware) to make sure it's not some sales scam software on your machine."
